Changing the face of B2B branding
Nothing stays the same for long in the world of retail. Our client, a leading IT retailer, felt it was time for their B2B brands to receive a make-over. They came to us to test out new brand positionings with existing and potential customers and to help them formulate their brand strategy going forward.
Working in partnership with our client’s branding agency, FreshMinds carried out focus groups in Manchester and London. We assessed current brand perceptions as well as a series of new concepts. A variety of techniques were used to ensure we were getting emotive insights from the group to really understand how the different concepts made them feel.
FreshMinds presented our findings and recommendations to our client’s sales and marketing teams which were used to overhaul our client’s brands to make a real impact.
