Engaging leaders and managers

Our brief from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) was twofold. First, they wanted to engage their UK leaders and managers by getting to grips with their characteristics and behaviours and understanding their support needs. Second, they wanted to segment the target market to ensure they were supporting each group as best they could.

Our in-depth survey and focus groups allowed us not only to give the ILM fresh insights into the leader and manager population, but to provide them with robust stats that that they could really use. The ILM have used our findings to support internal workshops and boost their marketing and operational strategies. Furthermore, our report has helped them make the most of short, medium and longer-term opportunities in their target market.
